How do they use the voucher?
They show the voucher when they pay, printed or on their phone, and we scan the QR or type the code. It's used in one visit. If the bill comes to more, just pay the difference; any value left over doesn't carry over.
How long is it valid?
12 months from the day you buy it. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
Can I choose the day it arrives?
Yes. Pick "Email it to them on a date" and we send it that morning, up to six months ahead. Your receipt and a copy of the voucher come to you straight away.
How do masterclass vouchers work?
The voucher covers the masterclass you picked for the group size shown. They get in touch with us to book a date that suits them.
