The Apothecary Cocktail Bar

Expertly crafted cocktails with an impressive range of inventive concoctions on the menu made it a tough choice for me. The bar manager was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The old fashioned is highly recommended. Meanwhile, funky lounge grooves set the perfect ambiance in the background.

We wandered in here on a random week night in January - a slower time on the island. We sat at the bar and chatted with Ivo - the owner - and had some of the best drinks of our trip! The atmosphere is great and all the people who work here are so kind and friendly. We loved it so much, we stopped in again the next day!

Quite simply the best cocktail bar around. A truly original menu which demonstrates the owner's knowledge and skills in mixology. Ivo is the perfect host and he has created a beautiful bar and atmosphere in which to enjoy his drinks. A true craftsman and a must visit if you are in town.
